In order to gain 1 lb of body fat, you’re going to need to consume around 125 extra calories everyday for a whole month, in other words you need to consume around 3500 extra calories to gain 1 lb of fat and vice versa.
How much workout does it take to burn off calories?
This number varies greatly, but you can use an online ‘calorie burn calculator’ to get an estimated number of how much you burn during a certain activity.
